With 20+ years of equity-centered fundraising leadership at organizations including USC Athletics and Heifer International, she brings deep understanding of development operations—and how AI can transform them.
Tara has been studying AI's implications for the nonprofit sector since 2022 — earlier than most, and with a practitioner's eye. She holds a Google AI certification (2025) and has spent the last three years developing frameworks for ethical, effective AI adoption in fundraising — work that led directly to QDG's proprietary TRUST Framework. Her approach is grounded in a core belief: AI should make fundraisers more human, not less.
